He quickly fixed a towel rack that had been unstable. I forgot how long ago. Next, he mounted my soap dispensers. They had been sitting in a box since I bought it. Previous ones I tried to mount with tape, but they broke. Roman positioned and installed them in about 10 minutes.
While doing a walk-through, he noticed stains on my bathroom wall from a previous water heater repair. I had gotten used to ignoring them, but Roman suggested how he could patch them up during the next full visit.
He explained so clearly what and how needed to be done that I think this good man will be with us for a long time.
