If you’re no longer using the FixHome+ app, or you’re moving away from Chicago or its suburbs, you can delete your profile simply and easily on both the web and smartphone application.
Delete FixHome+ App Account
1. Log in to the FixHome+ app
Open the FixHome+ app on your device. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" to get an email with reset instructions.
2. Navigate to Your Profile
Log in using your credentials.
- On the web version: Click on your name to access your profile.
- On the mobile app: Tap the three dots in the bottom-right corner. This action will guide you to the profile screen.
3. Go to Settings
In your profile:
- On the large screen: Select "Settings" from the menu on the left.
- On the phone screen: Tap the three dots at the bottom-right corner, then choose "Settings."

4. Open Security Options
You’ll start on the settings screen. Next, click on the "Security" tab at the top of the page to continue.

5. Choose Remove Account
Scroll through the Security settings until you find the "Remove Account" option. It will be accompanied by a trash bin icon.
- Click or tap on the trash bin icon.

6. Confirm Deletion
A warning message will appear on your screen. This is to confirm that you genuinely want to delete your profile. After reviewing the warning message, click on "Remove." And that’s it—your profile will be deleted.

Before You Delete FixHome+ App Account
Deleting your FixHome+ account is simple, but it comes with some consequences. Here’s what to keep in mind.
Loss of Data
