FixHome+ makes home maintenance easier for residents in the Northwest Chicago suburbs. Last week, we launched a new search feature, but we're always moving forward.
Now, our development team has rolled out a new calendar system within its app. Updated calendar aiming to make the process of booking handyman visits feel more suitable. Instead of showing a full monthly view, the calendar now highlights one line with a few days you can actually choose. It starts from the first available date in real time. It has behind-the-scenes scheduling logic specific to FixHome+. Also, there is an option to get more dates when tapping the three dots.
This change seems likely to help users find the best date that works for both them and the handyman. The developers also tweaked time slots, a shift that might feel subtle, but we're sure it will be appreciated by clients.

Existing users will notice the calendar update the next time they open the app. As for new customers, the revised scheduling tools come built in as soon as the app is installed.
